Do you also think it is tedious to book tickets, hotels, concerts, ... on mobile? Why does the date and time selector require so damn many clicks? Not to mention if one is booking a return ticket. This pen demonstrates a new way, changing the UX, to select date and time. Here a virtual knob is used to set the date.

The whole thing is designed for mobile and touch interfaces to quickly set the date. This thing is a 100 times quicker than the old date and time pickers designed for desktop and simply just applied for mobile. Mobile is very different from desktop and many old desktop paradigms works poorly on touch devices
